Welcome to LaFleur. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - including orders with pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local market currency and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout - we never store your full payment details.

4. Promotions

Promotional offers (including "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" and FINAL SALE discounts) are valid for the period stated, while stocks last. In "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offers, the free item is the one of equal or lesser value in the cart. Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated. See our Refund Policy for how returns of promotional bundles are handled.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

7. Warranty

All LaFleur watches include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any legal guarantee applicable in your country. Warranty terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including the LaFleur name, logo, product designs, photography, and text - is the property of BLACKHYPE LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first at thegoathold@gmail.com - we resolve most issues quickly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
