Shipping Policy
All orders ship with free standard shipping - no minimum required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods (such as our FINAL SALE), processing may take up to 2 additional business days.
Delivery Estimates
- Europe: 7-14 business days after dispatch
- United Arab Emirates & Qatar: 8-15 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2-5 days to become active while the parcel is registered by the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country, imported goods may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by local authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders within our standard destinations are delivered without additional charges.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us at thegoathold@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
